Longtime readers will surely remember our yearly top 10 list, which has been absent for the past few years. Looking back, it's hard to pinpoint exactly why it went away. It could have been for a number of reasons. Nevertheless we're bringing it back, and you can expect to see the best of the best as an annual ritual from here on out.
The criteria were fairly straightforward, with the single most important requirement being that every candidate had to be a feature car in the magazine. From there the entire staff compiled a list, sorted through each one, and ended up with the results you see here.
Within the next several pages, you'll find a list that includes the owner's name, where he's from, and an overview of his specs. For a more detailed look at the feature cars, we've even included the related issue and page number. If you lost your copy, then check out our website, www.chevyhiperformance.com. There's a good chance you can find the stories there.
Before we end up being too gabby, take pride in knowing that everyone on staff has a great deal of respect for the cars we showcase. Those of you who made our list this year, each one of you has earned a permanent spot in the history of Chevy High Performance and, more importantly, bragging rights for the next 12 months.
