Chad Marquardt and family purchased this rust-free Chevelle out of Arizona. The dry air allowed Marquardt to keep all of the original panels and floors. The original 307 was replaced with a much heavier breathing homebuilt 0.040-overbored 454 big-block. Up top is a pair of large oval-port cylinder heads filled with Manley valves and Comp springs with roller rockers. On top, Chad sealed it all up with an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake with a Holley 800-cfm carb. Transfering the power is a TH400 while PST polygraphite bushings and KYB shocks help balance the heavy Chevelle. The Cragar Street Stars and BFG sneakers keep the twisties fun.
