After buying the Nova from the original owner, it quickly became obvious to him that he wanted to change things up. With plans to hit the track, Nick Pauline ended up stripping the car down to bare metal; from there he repainted, rewired, and rebuilt the entire Nova from the ground up. He then dropped in a 461ci big-block and a Powerglide, added additional tubing to the chassis, and big shoes out back for traction, which was enough to propel it to 10.40s at 128 mph!
