Taking just over a year to complete, Gordon Tokeshi’s Camaro shows islanders can build cars, too. The powerplant is a factory 327ci small-block that’s been topped with camel-hump cylinder heads and an Edelbrock camshaft. Power is sent to a TH350 and transferred out back to a 10-bolt rearend with a set of cruise-friendly 3.08:1 gears. Wheels are factory 15x7 Rallyes with P215/65R15 up front and P255/60R15s at the rear.
