Monte Dinnell left nothing to chance when he bought his project car out of southern Kentucky. Monte replaced the rear quarter-panels, doors, decklid, and even the hood, and then laid Cortez Silver with black racing stripes. For power, he relies on a 540ci big-block with Ross pistons and Dart cylinder heads, squeezing out 13:1 good for 10.2 at 142 mph. CPP suspension and a Wilwood brake system were used exclusively to keep it all under control.
