The Ellingson father-and-son team recently purchased the Chevelle from a classic car dealership, and they’ve been restoring it ever since. For power, the A-body relies on a 400ci small-block and bangs gears through a B&M Megashifter to a 12-bolt rearend with 3.23:1 gears. Future plans this summer call for an engine overhaul for added power.
