Project cars are never done and Billy Joe Baker has proven that with his ’79 Corvette. After owning it for nearly 16 years, he installed a new GMPP crate 350ci small-block and even added a set of dual-quad carburetors. Power is sent to a TH350 transmission with a 2,400-stall converter. Out back, the rearend is stock with 3.73:1 gears. Foose 17-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels with Kumho rubber round out the package, giving his Vette a slick stance.
