’68 Chevelle SS
Michael and Tami Ramsey
What began as a $600 field car has transformed into a big-budget, show-winning, twin-supercharged, Pro Street ’68 Chevelle SS. This was a complete frame-off restoration, and every component was either purchased new or fabricated in-house. Underneath the hood is a 572ci big-block that has been upgraded with a Callies crankshaft, Dart Big Chief heads, a dry-sump oiling system, a COMP Cams solid roller, a custom-ported Dart intake manifold with a direct-port nitrous system, a pair of Vortech YSi superchargers, and good enough for 1,300-plus horsepower to the wheels. Add the seven-layer chrome yellow with white stripes and you have the perfect combination to be the envy of the show.

Wonderful looks great car
alive forever an ever
Bad to the bone
The big tires are so played out. That's are cars running 6's on 275 drag radials. The guys with big tires just look dumb getting out ran by cars with ten inch wide tires. And the small tired car still looks like a car and isn't cut up.
Bad ass damn
LIve. I say LIVE.
It's thriving !!!!!
It will come back, and quality builds never go outta style
Pro Street is alive and well in my world :)
