Robo Racer
In the final round against the NHRA Super Gas points champion Mike Henderson in his Camaro, Kevin McClelland sawed the Tree with an outstanding 0.406 light to own the beginning of the race. Driving Tim Moore’s Flowmaster-muffled roadster, Kevin was the only Super Gas driver in 1997 with two wins, taking the Winternationals and the World Finals.
