We also need to make some plates to cover gaps in the floor where the cage attaches to the subframe. We opted for the fenderwell headers not only because they look cool, but they also have the the largest primary tube we could find as an off-the-shelf part. The next step in the build process is positioning the driver and measuring for the steering column and pedals (since I'm short, 5'6"), but in the meantime you can read about the mini-subframe kit install in the September issue of CHP.
