With the fluids removed, we began by using an air ratchet with a 3/8-inch socket and removed all of the ARP pan bolts. Then, using a long-drive, flat-blade screwdriver and a hammer, we began to cut through the silicone. We chopped away as we wedged the screwdriver between the pan rail of the block and the oil pan, working our way around the perimeter until the pan popped off. View Related Article
