The extensive Fel-Pro gasket kit we used included top-grade MLS (multilayered steel) head gaskets. Compressed thickness measures 0.041 inch. The gasket edges don't reach all the way to the intake valley, so a little bit of sealant is needed (arrow). View Related Article
