Our 383 with low-compression performed flawlessly on the dyno with the Mighty Demon 750 providing fuel. We discovered that lower timing and larger jets don't always mean more power. We also provided a little insight on what to expect when going to a bigger power valve as dictated by vacuum demands. In the end, Bryan Goff's 383 was topping 400 hp and 400 lb-ft with the Demon setup. He will have plenty of power for the street and won't have any issues with drivability. View Related Article
