 Lay the new radio bezel over...  Lay the new radio bezel over the radio, and install the supplied washers and nuts without completely tightening to retain the front of the USA-630. This brand-new bezel available from True Connections is a great option if yours is showing years of wear, such as worn-off chrome, not to mention the hacking and cutting required for the old radio.  Before tightening the radio...  Before tightening the radio and bezel all the way, install the knobs to make sure there is movement clearance and that the radio is centered in the opening. Now remove the knobs, tighten the nuts all the way, and reinstall the knobs as shown.  As mentioned before, the speaker...  As mentioned before, the speaker wiring is made really easy because everything is labeled, as shown here. All we had to do was add the rear JBL speaker wires with compatible CAM leads and literally plug-and-play the three speakers.  Shown here is a Cruzer flash...  Shown here is a Cruzer flash drive. USB thumb drives like this can plug right into the lead and be controlled by the head unit. These are available at CAM as well as most electronics stores and are very affordable. We have since located both the flash drive and iPod leads inside the glove box to keep things clean and out of sight.  This X CarLink was a trick...  This X CarLink was a trick new tech gadget that Mike Daugherty in the product development department was playing with after the install. It plugs into the CD changer control on the radio and can actually play wireless tunes from your cell phone through the stereo.
