 To install the fender extension,...  To install the fender extension, it's only a matter of lining it up and tightening down the four bolts with a 1/2-inch socket, on each corner. If the initial fit won't go, check the inner tabs for any clearance issues, because it should fit perfectly.  There was nothing wrong with...  There was nothing wrong with our headlights and adjusting springs, so we went ahead and salvaged them from the old core. Should you prefer a fresh set, they are available through the catalog; you can even upgrade to a set of High-Intensity lights for a few extra bucks.  The one component we didn't...  The one component we didn't order ahead of time was the fender tie bar, which ties the core support into the fenders. It wasn't until we tried to line the tie bar up that we noticed the crinkle toward the passenger side. Even so, we managed to fix it in a vise, but the next time you see it, it'll have gone through a bead blaster and been fogged with a fresh coat of paint.  The headlamp bezels are a...
