Ls1 Cylinder Head
The RHS heads feature precision CNC porting to not only improve but also equalize the flow rates from port to port. Equalizing the port dimensions and flow rates helps maximize power production. According to RHS, these 210cc intake ports flowed 320 cfm at 0.600 valve lift.

The exhaust ports were treated to CNC porting too. The precision machining produced exhaust flow numbers of 211 cfm at 0.600 lift.

The combustion-chamber and valve sizing are equally important when it comes to maximizing flow and power. The 210cc RHS featured a 2.04/1.57 valve combination, while the chamber was optimized for volume, velocity, and atomization. The extra-thick deck surface (0.800 inch) and altered valve angles (from 15 degrees down to 11) allow the heads to be milled to produce a combustion chamber as small as 36cc (from 62cc stock).
