True Start Starter
Known primarily for its extensive line of engine-cooling products, Meziere has introduced its True Start starter, designed to provide enough cranking power for today's high-horsepower and large-displacement engines. The True Start employs a powerful permanent magnet motor that Meziere says provides 20 percent more power than a Hitachi-based starter, and its internal clutch provides 50 percent more effective diameter, which sends more torque to the engine and provides longer starter life. The True Start also features an inline design to accommodate vehicles with narrow framerails and can be clocked through 360 degrees in 10-degree increments. Each unit is extensively tested before shipping.
