On the flip side, the new block comes with 0.043-inch idle feed restrictions (arrow), providing extra fuel at idle. Remember, E85 requires 25 to 30 percent more fuel than gasoline, which requires a corresponding jetting change. According to QFT, main jets should be 8 to 10 jet numbers higher than your original gasoline setup.
