To keep this hungry beast fed, we went for a Holley 950 HP carb. We were still waiting for ours when the appointed day arrived, so we mounted up Westech's 950 Ultra HP. The standard HP would have been fine for our purposes, but the Ultra features several extra tuning features as well as the trick-looking anodized billet metering blocks and baseplate.
