With the car in Park or Neutral and the emergency brake set, have a friend slowly bump the engine over and watch the exhaust rocker. When the exhaust rocker just starts to open the valve, stop. Now you can adjust the intake rocker. As you tighten the adjuster nut or poly lock, you can tell when you reach zero lash because the pushrod will tighten up as you spin it between your fingers.
