All factory big-block '66 and '67 Chevelles came with a stamped-steel brace (arrow) between the upper and lower control-arm mounting points. Starting with the '68, most Chevelles (regardless of the engine) came with the braces. Edelbrock (shown), Hotchkis, and several other companies offer versions of this brace. View Related Article
