V-8s produce more heat than the tight undercarriage was designed for, and the interior can get quite hot. JTR recommends wrapping your pipes in Thermo-Tec exhaust wrap and lining the underside of the floorpan with heat-reflective materials to keep the cab cooler. Note again the retention of the dual cats, crossover pipe, and dual vertical mounted Flowmaster mufflers.
