The key to this story is the budget-based TFS aluminum heads. The intake ports are sized as a compromise between ultimate flow and good port velocity with a 195cc intake-port volume. The heads come with screw-in 3/8-inch studs, guideplates, and head bolt washers. TFS sells three different cylinder-head part numbers based on different valvesprings. The heads are offered with 1.25-inch and 1.47-inch–diameter single valvesprings or with a 1.46-inch–diameter, dual-spring option. View Related Article
