July 2007 Cover We have to...
July 2007 CoverWe have to give major props to everyone involved in this month's small-block vs. big-block theme. Staffers John Nelson and Bob Mehlhoff were challenged to have two complete motors built from scratch to finish, test them on the dyno, and generate the edit within a short two-week duration. Yes, it was stressful at times, but in the end both engines were well executed and both made the numbers. Wes Allison captured the powerplants, while Nelson captured the shoebox Nova up top.
